Kristiansen works for development in the High North. She sees opportunities and challenges from her work.
Kristiansen is currently commercial director of the Nordlaks Group. She is a graduate economist from Northern University, specializing in international marketing. Previously, she worked in the Norwegian Seafood Council, including as a marketing director and as an envoy for Norwegian fisheries in Italy and South-East Asia. She has long experience as a board member of companies in banking, tourism, research and trade.
From March 1, she will take over as CEO of Akvaplan-niva, a leading provider of advisory services and R&D services both nationally and internationally.
