Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt will participate at the Kirkenes Conference and will open day to of the Kirkenes Conference.
The acting foreign minister of Norway has been attending most of the conferences held in Kirkenes since 2008. The 2023 conference will be the second Kirkenes Conference for the current minister, mrs Anniken Huitfeldt.
The opening of day two will be a dialogue between Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt and our moderator Siri Lill Mannes.
