Anne Husebekk is the rector at UiT, the Arctic University of Norway. As rector, she has a special position that gives a good overview of an important resource we have in the region, namely our students. At the same time, she is a critical voice for the work that deals with the Government’s Arctic Strategy, which is to be published in the autumn of 2020. Through involvement, she and UiT, the Arctic University of Norway are influencing which focus area the report should include. Husebekk outlines a clear picture of which areas we should focus on in the future here in the North.
